We're not your typical solar company. Smith Electric Co has been installing solar systems in Constanța and beyond since 2011, and we still get genuinely excited about helping people ditch their electric bills. The thing is, going solar isn't complicated — but a lot of companies make it that way. We keep it straightforward. You get solid equipment, honest pricing, and technicians who actually know what they're doing. Our 47 installations last year speak louder than any marketing pitch ever could.

Our Story
Smith Electric Co started because our founder got fed up watching neighbors get ripped off by fly-by-night solar installers. In 2011, he decided to do it right. First year we installed 3 systems. By year five, we'd hit 34 installations annually. We've made mistakes (learned the hard way about coastal salt spray on panels), but we've never cut corners. That approach has kept us busy for 13 years straight. We're licensed, insured, and we actually show up when we say we'll.

Founder & Chief Electrician
Started this company because he was tired of watching installers cut corners. Mihai's been working in electrical systems since 1997. He personally reviews every major installation.

Operations Manager
Keeps projects on schedule and clients informed. Elena handles permitting, inspections, and the occasional frustrated homeowner call. She's been with us 9 years.
Cristian Ionescu
Senior Installation Technician
On-site lead for most of our residential projects. Cristian's got 11 years experience and a reputation for neat installations. Clients specifically request him by name.
